The objective of the diploma course is to ensure comprehensive training in the environment, with a sustainable development perspective and with special emphasis on climate change, for people working in the public sector. At the same time, as a strategy of integral intervention in the outlined panorama, it finds its justification in four dimensions: updating of competencies, improvement of skills in interaction and cooperation with regional organizations, problematization of the ways in which the State is inhabited at all levels, and support of a space for reflection on the responsibility with which the daily work is carried out.

It will be organized in 5 problematic modules:

1- An ecological-strategic vision for Argentina.

2- Sustainable Development Goals and Circular Economy.

3- Urban solid waste

4- Energy matrix

5- Technologies and energy management
